Summary of the Guidelines for Posting and Live Streaming Gameplay Videos of “Pritto Prisoner”
Introduction
“We love to see you streaming our game! Please share it far and wide — we’ll be thrilled! Monetization is basically fine too, so have fun and hype it up!
But there’s just one rule we ask you to follow:
When talking about poop, please say ‘Poopie’, and when talking about pee, please say ‘Peepee’!
Pritto Prisoner is a very refined work of art, after all! Promise us, okay?”

Pritto Prisoner Streaming Guidelines
Last Updated: August 22, 2025
Pritto Prisoner is published by Initiate Games Inc. The primary language of this document is English. Other languages are provided for reference purposes only.
These guidelines outline the permitted use of Pritto Prisoner content by fans and creators and are intended to match the style of our official legal documents. They supplement our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. By streaming or uploading videos that feature our game, you agree to abide by these rules.
Authorization & scope
•             Personal, non‑commercial license. The End User License Agreement grants players a limited, non‑exclusive license to install and use the game solely for personal, non‑commercial entertainment. You may share gameplay footage and commentary on platforms like Twitch, YouTube or TikTok, and you may monetize through platform‑provided ads, tips and subscriptions. This license does not permit you to sell, license or otherwise commercially exploit gameplay footage (for example, by selling access to your videos, broadcasting on subscription television or using our intellectual property in commercial advertisements).
•             No resale or paywalls. You may not charge viewers a fee to view gameplay content, nor may you sell or rent the game or its assets. Typical streaming platform monetization (advertising revenue, sponsorships and donations) is allowed provided your content is free to access and complies with these guidelines.
•             No early leaks. Do not stream or post footage from private betas, review builds or content covered by non‑disclosure agreements. Only publicly released material may be shown unless you receive express permission from Initiate.
Respect our intellectual property
•             Do not alter or remove notices. The Terms of Service prohibit removing or altering copyright, patent or trademark notices and restrict selling, licensing, copying or publicly performing our content without authorization. Keep in‑game trademarks, logos and credits intact when streaming.
•             Use of trademarks. Our trademarks and logos—including “Pritto Prisoner” and the Initiate name and emblem—are protected; you may not use them without prior written consent except as permitted within these guidelines. Using official key art or game title in your stream is fine; placing our logos on unrelated merchandise or marketing materials is not.
•             Game assets. Do not extract or distribute standalone game assets (models, textures, music, cinematics, voice lines) or use them to create derivative works. These assets should only appear within gameplay footage.
User‑generated content
•             Ownership and licenses. If you create user‑generated content (videos, livestreams, mods), you must own or have permission for all materials used. Your content must not infringe third‑party rights and must comply with our agreements and the law. By sharing your content, you grant Initiate a world‑wide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, modify, publish and distribute it for promotional or other purposes.
•             Third‑party material. Avoid using music, images or footage that you do not have rights to. If your stream includes licensed material, you are responsible for obtaining permission and addressing any claims.
Community conduct
•             Be respectful and lawful. Our Code of Conduct requires all players to be respectful, fair and lawful, and prohibits harassment, hate speech, discriminatory language, cheating and other disruptive behavior. Streams must not contain vulgar, illegal or defamatory content.
•             No cheats or exploits. You must not demonstrate or promote cheats, hacks, bots or exploits. The EULA forbids using or distributing such software.
•             Spoiler etiquette. While sharing end‑game content is not banned, consider your audience and provide spoiler warnings.
•             Privacy and personal data. Do not reveal personal information about yourself or other players. Comply with our Privacy Policy when handling user data.
Social media & user comments
•             Interactive platforms. Players may interact through platforms such as Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and Reddit. Initiate does not generally review or edit user comments before publication, but we reserve the right to remove or modify any user comments for any reason.
•             Attribution and independence. Identify yourself clearly as an independent fan or streamer. Do not imply that your content is an official Initiate production or that you are acting on our behalf unless you have a separate written agreement with us.
Enforcement & updates
•             Compliance. If your content violates these guidelines, the EULA or our Terms of Service, Initiate may request that you modify or remove it. Serious violations may result in copyright takedowns, legal action or suspension of your game license or account.
•             Updates. These guidelines may be amended from time to time. Material changes will be announced, and continued streaming after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
